Portland One 60x120 Grigio Matt R10 Porcelain Tile

Portland One Grigio is the mid-grey in the range — a true concrete tone, neither warm nor blue, with the flat chalky surface of poured cement. It's the most useful of the three for larger areas, dark enough to hide everyday traffic but light enough not to close a room in.

Like the rest of the range it carries 24 different faces, which is unusually high. Across a big floor that means no repeating pattern for the eye to lock onto — the single biggest tell of a cheap concrete-effect tile.

Where it works well

Kitchen floors, hallways, utility rooms and bathrooms — anywhere that takes daily traffic. R10 slip resistance means it stays safe when wet, and mid-grey is far more forgiving of dust and footmarks than a pale floor.

Ordering

Allow an extra 10% for cuts and wastage, or 15% for diagonal and herringbone layouts. Sold by the box only.
