Shipping policy

At TileCart.co.uk, we deliver across mainland UK only (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands).

Delivery Charges: £79 for standard delivery (3–5 working days) and £99 for next-day delivery (if eligible and confirmed in advance).

Collection Option: You may collect your order from our  warehouses—we will notify you when it’s ready.

Kerbside Delivery Only: All deliveries are kerbside, meaning the driver will not bring tiles inside your home or property.

Special Instructions: Please include any access or delivery notes at checkout or email us at sales@tilecart.co.uk.

Damaged Items: Report any damages within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos by emailing sales@tilecart.co.uk, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Missed Deliveries: If delivery is missed due to an incorrect address or no one available, a redelivery charge may apply.
