TileCart Return & Refund Policy
Returns
At TileCart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to Return
All returns must be sent by mail. To start a return, please contact our team at sales@tilecart.co.uk with your order number and details.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide a prepaid return label.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 33% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refund Processing
Once your returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.
